Nothing to complain about, the venue exceeded high expectations. I had a fabulous experience here, everything was perfect, the location was marvellous close enough to shops as well as the sea. My double room was beautiful & big size. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels to use.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes!

This hotel exceeded high expectations in every way, couldn't recommend more. My partner and I greatly enjoyed being there. - I got a room with a bathtub. - the location for Avoch was incredible and stunning, just next door to takeaways, the Black Isle, and the shore.

Rachael, the host, was mind-blowingly friendly and super helpful, going above and beyond to help me explore the incredible Fairy Glen hiking trail in my limited time there. The location was jaw-droppingly central to all the sights I wanted to see, with convenient bus stops close by for easy travel. The personal touch of a handwritten welcome note, flowers, and a little card was absolutely amazing. The room itself was a little gem, with jaw-droppingly modern amenities including a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and an electric kettle. I was thrilled to find luggage storage and laundry facilities available, making my stay even more convenient. Plus, being able to bring my pet along without any extra costs was a huge plus. The beach access and hiking opportunities nearby were an added bonus. this place exceeded all my expectations and I can't wait to visit again soon.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right next to the seafront and with beautiful views. It was the perfect base for our city trip.
One small downside was the lack of clean-up items in the room. We had everything we needed for basic cooking and dining, but it would have been convenient to have a dish towel and a small bottle of dish soap for cleaning up afterwards.

The Castle Stuart Golf Links is a mere 26 km away, and as a posh lady, I felt quite fancy observing the golfers from a safe distance. Just hope I didn't distract them too much with my fabulousness.
Oh, how dreadful it was to have to drag myself away from the golf links. I mean, who needs fresh air and exercise when you can watch people whack balls all day?

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to the seafront. We enjoyed watching dolphins at a nearby point. The personal touches, such as a handwritten welcome note and flowers, made our stay even more special.

The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my birthday special. She surprised me with a cake and even sang happy birthday to me! the room was clean and cozy, with fresh flowers adding a nice touch. the location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beautiful sea view. it was convenient to have a microwave, plates, and utensils provided for use.
The bed, although comfortable, was a bit squeaky for two larger individuals. It would have been nice to have a dishtowel and dish soap available for cleaning up after using the provided kitchen amenities.

We were absolutely blown away by our stay at this hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, Rachel greeted us with such warmth and hospitality. The room was beyond our expectations - spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with a modern touch. It had everything we needed, from the microwave and cookware to the flat-screen TV and free wi-fi. We were even pleasantly surprised to find welcome treats for both us and our furry friend, Minnie the Minx. The location couldn't have been more convenient, with stunning views of the sea just steps away and easy access to public transportation. We also appreciated the car parking and dog exercising facilities nearby. The peaceful and quiet atmosphere made for the perfect getaway, and Inverness was just a short drive away for any additional activities. Rachel truly went above and beyond to make our stay extra special, even surprising me with a birthday cake and singing happy birthday! Deborah and Vincent, the adorable resident doggies, were an added bonus to our already outstanding experience. We received fantastic recommendations for food and places to explore, making our stay even more enjoyable. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a mind-blowing and unforgettable adventure.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at a charming accommodation near the seafront. the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern and stylish decor. the comfortable bed and amenities provided a cozy atmosphere. the location was perfect, allowing us to enjoy beautiful views and watch dolphins at a nearby spot. the host was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations for food, bus schedules, and places of interest.
Although the room had everything we needed, it would have been nice to have a small shelf on the corner wall as a substitute for a bedside table on one side of the bed. This minor inconvenience did not greatly impact our overall experience, but could have added a bit more convenience during our stay.
